When a person receives a planning request, he can execute the corresponding assessment such as a test, poll, or quality analysis on the planned date and within the start and end time indicated in the planning request. If you have deleted the planning request before executing it, the request must be recreated before you can execute it.
When you execute an assessment, a screen introducing the assessment will be loaded. Each question will be displayed on a separate page. The answers selected will be stored in answer requests so that the full reporting capabilities in Exact Synergy Enterprise can be utilized to analyze the results. For more information, see How-to: Managing Assessments.
